2023 AUSTRALIA + NEW ZEALAND HIFI SEQUENCING EXPERIENCE GRANT

Revio

Extended Submission deadline: 19 May 2023
Due to overwhelming response, we have extended the dateline to provide the opportunity for more to participate in this grant.

Don't miss the opportunity to be one of the first to experience Revio on Australia's inaugural unit at AGRF. Elevate your research to new heights by participating in the 2023 Australia + New Zealand Revio HiFi Sequencing Experience Grant.

At 15x increase in HiFi read throughput on the Revio system, you can receive up to 360 Gb of HiFi reads per day, that's 1,300 human whole genomes per year!

Expect faster results with 24-hour run time, and flexibility to queue runs while sequencing is in progress.

With 20x more compute power and Google DeepConsensus on board, you get exceptional read accuracy plus methylation calling in every run.

Sequencing cost is now signifcantly lower on Revio, making long-read sequencing at scale more affordable.

When accuracy matters, researchers choose HiFi sequencing

At PacBio, we are passionate about accuracy in sequencing data. If your research could benefit from highly accurate long-read sequencing, apply to this 2023 Australia & New Zealand Revio HiFi Sequencing Experience Grant today!

Why is accuracy so important?

Because you need sequencing data you can trust for advanced biological insights.

HiFi reads are both long (up to 25 kb) and highly accurate (99.9%) to achieve complete, contiguous, and correct assemblies of even the most complex genomes with minimal compute resources.

HiFi reads offer best-in-class detection of all variant types including single nucleotide variants (SNVs), indels, and structural variants (SVs).

Submission Closed. We are currently reviewing applicants and will notify you via email.
