Thank you all for your overwhelming support.Due to the overwhelming demand and limited capacity of our venue, we regret to announce that the workshop registration is now officially closed.Join us on 28 August 2023, as PacBio collaborates with Chulalongkon University Faculty of Medicine, to launch the inaugural PacBio x CU-MED bioinformatics workshop series. This exciting workshop offers you an opportunity to explore the seamless PacBio bioinformatic pipeline and allows you to seek clarification on any uncertainties you may have.
This first workshop is aimed at beginners, who want to gain a better understanding of PacBio's portfolio of software tools designed to set up and monitor sequencing runs, review performance metrics, analyze, visualize, and annotate sequencing data.

Dr. Monnat Pongpanich is a lecturer at Chulalongkorn University, Thailand. She received her Ph.D. in Bioinformatics from North Carolina State University, USA. Her expertise is analyzing genetic data, specifically short read and long read sequencing data, to unravel genes associated with rare diseases and utilize sequencing data in undiagnosed patients.
