Comprehensive variant detection in pediatric leukemia research with accurate long-read whole-genome sequencing

The detection of genomic variants in cancer depends on an array of complementary and overlapping methods including fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH), karyotyping, and DNA and/or RNA sequencing.
