ON-DEMAND WEBINAR

Precision immunogenic profiling in cancer

The immune system plays a complex role in cancer, and understanding that role may offer new insights into disease mechanisms and treatment outcomes. However, conventional sequencing methods often rely on inference and may not capture the full diversity of adaptive immune response.

In this webinar, you’ll hear how researchers are using HiFi long-read sequencing to characterize immune receptor profiles with greater resolution. A new commercial offering from ClareoBio supports profiling of the IGH allele and near-full-length BCR and TCR transcripts that are otherwise difficult to detect with other technologies. When applied to immunotherapy, this can help reveal relationships between immune variation, disease progression, and therapeutic response.

This session may be of interest to those working in immuno-oncology, cancer biology, or translational research involving the tumor microenvironment.

Watch the recording to:

  • Learn how long-read sequencing is being applied to immune repertoire profiling in cancer studies.
  • Explore how near-full-length TCR and BCR transcripts may support deeper insights into immune diversity.
  • Consider how immune gene variation could relate to treatment response or biomarker discovery.
